About Founders & Other Key Contributors: Man Matters
Revant Bhate and Dhyanesh Shah are the co-founders of Man Matters since 2020. Revant Bhate is the CEO of Man Matters and also the co-founder of Mosaic Wellness. He was also the ex-partner at Kstart, Kalaari Capital’s Seed. He has a master’s degree from IIM Kozhikode, where he learnt about the D2C brands and learnt the consumer brands and their psychology. Revant was a part of leading Mosaic, a digital wellness brand with Dhyanesh. He had a strong vision for this brand’s growth, with the honest intent and providing authenticity to the customers.

Dhyanesh Shah is excellent at operations and managing finance due to his strong educational background and experience in the Consulting field, where his involvement takes the brand forward. Due to their team effort, the Mosaic Wellness financial turnover was Rs 736 in the year 2025.

Geet Rathi is a key person in building this businessand into a huge one. He graduated from IIM Kozhikode and joined Reckitt Benkiser, a FMCG brand. Geet understood the sales and marketing of all the D2C brands after working for Durex and Dettol. He understood the gap between men and their well-being.

Dr Rohit Singh is an MBBS and MD, specialising in Psychiatry and Sexual & Health, where he learnt about Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Transactional Analysis. He believes in dealing with each patient in a different way, which makes them comfortable. His insights through the field helped the founders understand all the issues men avoid talking about.
